Finally, my first Deviation... and also is the first original background I've ever made; that's kind of depressing when you think about it.
Anyway, the adepts of the Super Robot Wars series should recognize this nightmare immediately, the most powerful Super Robot ever created, and quite possibly the most dreaded engine of destruction in the fiction world. I just love this series, by far one of the best I've ever seen... if not THE best. If your liked SDF Macross and/or MS Gundam (0079) you must watch to "Space Runaway Ideon". It's a fundamental title to any adept to the Super Robot & Mecha gender and the good Anime. |

I'm glad you liked the detail of the Ide's gauge; in fact, that must be the only thing in this drawing that actually worked in the way I imagined it.
Well, in the end I think it's all about practice... There are still lots of Ideon pictures I'll like to draw, so there's still lots of chances to improve. Again, thats for the nice comment.
